“Making followers of Jesus and helping people around the world, including here.”

We try as hard as we can to follow Jesus’ great commandment to “love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself.” We do this by helping people in our community and around the world through hands-on service.

We also believe so much in Jesus’ message of forgiveness and restoration that we share it with anyone who is interested. This is something each person at LBF does naturally through their everyday relationships.

The church is also a place where people can invite their friends who are interested in Jesus and Christianity and know that they will be welcomed. We host regular outreach events like the Harvest Party, Thanksgiving Serve, Operation Christmas Child and VBS.

We also send out and financially support long-term missionaries and short-term outreach teams here in the States (i.e. Local) and around the world (i.e. Global).
