Weekend Services

LBF offers five weekend worship services. Four of these services are all the same, comprised of contemporary worship music followed by strong Biblical teaching. How can I serve in worship? How can I serve during the weekend services?

Our Overdrive Service utilizes the same Biblical teaching, however the enivornment and worship music is described as a bit more edgy (more electric guitar, sub woofer, and overall louder).

Saturday: 7-8:15 p.m. This service tends to be smaller in attendance averaging 125 per service. "His Kids" Children's Ministry Program is available for 3 year olds through 6th grade during this service. Meets in the Worship Center

Sunday: 8-9:15 a.m. This service tends to be smaller in attendance averaging 125 per service. A full "His Kids" Children's Ministry Program is available during this service. Meets in the Worship Center

Sunday: 9:30-10:45 a.m. This service tends to be our largest in attendance averaging 400 per service. A full "His Kids" Children's Ministry Program is available during this service. Meets in the Worship Center.

Exit 83 Jr. High and High School meet at 9:30 a.m. in The Garage.

24-Hour Fitness: High-Impact exercises for building spiritual muscle

Ah, going to the gym. It's amazing how something that starts with so much motivation (and I dare even say fun) can crash and burn so quickly. In our lives exercise is necessary to stay healthy and even motivated to be active in day to day living. Likewise in our spiritual lives, there are exercises that we need to have as part of our lives in order to keep our heart towards God healthy and to build strength.

The idea of going to the gym for 24 hours is ridiculous, but the concept is right on. In our spiritual lives it is important that we are always ready for God to move and to be positioned for something that he may want to do in and through us. In this series we are going to talk about some exercises that will keep us spiritually healthy. These things will take time and effort but will help produce a strong and healthy spiritual walk and commitment to Christ.
